1. Introduction

Welcome to GET CROWNED, your gateway to exclusive entertainment content, products, services and experiences. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in our Membership Plan ("Membership"). By enrolling, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use or sign up for the Membership.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to subscribe to our Membership Plan. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility criteria and that all information you provide is accurate and up to date.

3. Membership Plans and Fees

We offer the following membership tiers:

• Trooper — No monthly or joining fees
• Chimp — Monthly fee plus required qualifications (GEMs)
• Primate — Monthly fee plus required qualifications (GEMs)
• Silverback — Monthly fee plus required qualifications (GEMs)

Billing Cycle: Membership fees are billed monthly, starting from the date of enrolment/acceptance into the tiered levels. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Trial Period: New members may enjoy a free trial for 30 days. At the end of the trial, the chosen plan will auto-renew unless cancelled.

4. Renewal and Cancellation

Your membership will automatically renew unless cancelled before the end of the billing cycle. You may cancel anytime through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

We do not provide partial refunds for unused time.

5. Member Benefits

As a member, you gain access to benefits outlined in the current Member Products & Services Booklet or promotions on our social media platforms or newsletter.

Note: Benefits are non-transferable, and subject to availability and change without notice.

6. Account Use

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You agree not to share your access with others. Violation may result in suspension or termination of your account.

7. Content Usage

All content provided under the Membership is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any exclusive content without prior written consent from Gorilla Entertainment Pty Ltd.

8. Termination by Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your membership at any time if:

• You violate these Terms.
• Fraudulent or abusive behaviour is detected.
• Payment fails or is reversed.

9. Changes to Terms or Membership

We may update these Terms or modify membership features at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or account notifications. Continued use after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your personal information.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gorilla Entertainment Pty Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your membership, use of content, or inability to access services.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any legal action must be filed in the courts of Queensland.
